After decades of working in governance, enterprise risk, and internal audit — across both corporate and non-profit landscapes — I’m excited to share that I will soon be releasing my first book entitled:
“Governance and Risks in a Charitable Setting (in Singapore) – Nemesis or Necessity”
This work has been a personal labour of thought and purpose, built not just from frameworks and theories, but also from lived experience — serving in charities, religious institutions, grassroots organisations, and governance committees across Singapore.
The book aims to bridge a critical gap: while governance in charities has seen greater attention in recent years, the systematic integration of risk management still lags. This book addresses why we cannot afford to view these elements in silos — and what we can do about it.
Guiding better decisions through expert insights.
